License

In Licence, you can view the installed camera licenses and the number of licenses which you have already used. When you run out of installed licenses, you can add new camera licenses up to the maximum number of cameras of your $_DSPRODUCTNAME_$. Moreover, you can also delete installed camera licenses here.

To install camera licenses:

  1. Click Add. Read and agree with the Terms and Conditions, choose Agree, and click Next.
  2. Enter or paste the license keys you have purchased. (Click + or - to add or delete license keys.)

To delete camera licenses:

Select the licenses you want to delete, and click Delete.

To update the list of camera licenses:

Click Refresh to get the latest list of camera licenses.

To show/hide license keys:

Click Show or Hide to toggle the display mode of license keys. The admin credentials will be required to completely display license keys.

Note:

  1. Two camera licenses have been installed by default in Surveillance Station. These two default licenses cannot be deleted.
  2. The CMS host will perform the management over the licenses owned by the recording server(s) in the central management system. To add or delete licenses for the recording server(s), you need to log into the CMS host.
