Log

You can view, clear and save log messages on this page. The log list is divided into two sections: the column on the left shows all log categories, which can be categorized according to log dates, types or servers; the column on the right displays the full list of logs in the current category, which can be filtered from the top-right corner so that only those that meet certain criteria will be shown.
Please note that logs will only be kept for 30 days. Logs older than one month will be automatically removed to save space.

To categorize logs:

Click icon on the top-right corner. On the menu that appears, specify your criteria to display specific categorized logs.

To filter logs:

Click the Filter icon on the top-right corner. On the menu that appears, specify your criteria to display specific logs.

To delete logs:

Click Clear, and do either of the following:

• Clear all: All logs will be removed.
• Clear this category: All the logs in the current category will be removed.
• Clear filtered items: If you have set a filter, logs which meet the criteria will be removed.
• Clear filtered items in this category: If you have set a filter in the current category, logs which meet the criteria will be removed.

To save logs:

Click Download, and do either of the following:

• Download all: All logs will be downloaded.
• Download this category: All the logs in the current category will be downloaded.
• Download filtered items: If you have set a filter, logs which meet the criteria will be downloaded.
• Download filtered items in this category: If you have set a filter in the current category, logs which meet the criteria will be downloaded.

A copy of log messages will then be saved to your local computer.

To update the list of logs:

Click Refresh to get the latest log messages.
