Schedule
In the Schedule tab, you can set a recording schedule for your camera.
To set a recording schedule:
- Click Continuous, Motion Detection, Alarm, Customize, or Delete and then select any grid cells. To select the entire day or hour in each day, click the day or hour.
- Continuous: Surveillance Station will continuously record during the selected time.
- Motion Detection: Surveillance Station will only record video once motion is detected.
- Alarm: Surveillance Station will only record video once the camera's digital input pin is triggered(1). If you have multiple alarm inputs, you can select specific ones from the Alarm drop-down list(4).
- Customize: Select from Motion Detection, Audio Detection, and Tampering Detection.
- Tampering Detection: Surveillance Station will only record video once tampering is detected.(2)
- Audio Detection: Surveillance Station will only record video once audio is detected.(3)
- Click Save to save your changes.
Note:
- Your camera must support alarm recording to use this feature. Alarm recording often relates to the camera's digital input and output pin, or DIDO. Refer to its documentation for pin configuration details. Alarm recording will begin when the camera detects an input pin is triggered.
- In order to use this feature, your camera must support tampering detection and Surveillance Station must support tampering detection for your camera.
- In order to use this feature, your camera must support audio detection and Surveillance Station must support audio detection for your camera.
- In order to use this feature, your camera must have multiple alarm inputs and Surveillance Station must support detection by channel for your camera.
