Abstract:

An efficient nonlinear modeling approach, based on combining the method of moment (MoM) with the harmonic-balance (HB) technique, is proposed for the analysis of nonlinear effects of high temperature superconductive microwave planar circuits. The formulation consists of linear and nonlinear analyses. The linear analysis is carried out by using the MoM and adopting complex image Green's function, and the nonlinear analysis is performed by using the HB technique.
