Limits the minimum value in the binary-coded decimal field.

Description

Use MinValue to get or set the minimum value that can be entered into the field. If a value smaller than MinValue is entered, TBCDField raises an EDatabaseError exception. 

Newly created integer fields set MinValue to the minimum value that can be expressed by the currency data type.
