Specifies the Open action of an OLE object.

Description

ovOpen is used as a default item of ObjectVerbs.  

ovOpen is principally used by the DoVerb method in order to open the application window that the OLE provider registered.

Note: If the OLE provider cannot process this request, an EOleSysError (Not Implemented) is thrown.
