Specifies the difference between TDateTime and Lunix date/time origins.

Description

UnixDateDelta is the number of days (25569) between December 30, 1899 (starting TDateTime value), and Jamuary 1, 1970 (starting value for Linux date time values). This value is useful for converting date-time values between TDateTime and Linux file date time values.
