Returns the number of strings in the list

Description

GetCount is the protected read implementation of the Count property. 

In TWideStrings GetCount is abstract or, in C++ terminology, pure virtual, meaning it has no implementation. Descendant classes must override this method to return the number of strings that have been added to the list.
