Saving Desktop Layouts

To switch between desktop layouts, choose a layout from the drop-down list box located on the Desktop toolbar.  

This procedure describes how to save your current desktop layout so that your own layout is available from the ViewDesktops submenu and from the toolbar.

To save a desktop layout

  1. Choose ViewDesktopsSave Desktop.
  2. Enter the name you want for the desktop.
  3. Click OK.

To set a Debug desktop layout

  1. Choose ViewDesktopsSet Debug Desktop.
  2. From the dropdown list, select the layout you want to use as your Debug desktop layout.
  3. Click OK.
